If you need more entities you can add as many as you want from the eSaapa Market. Entities Add-On Packs are sold in blocks of 5.
**** Which Marketplaces are included with plans?
You can sell your products on various marketplaces using the eSaapa platform. Though not all marketplaces are available by default with all plans.
With the all plans Amazon & eBay are included. You can sell globally using the included marketplaces.
Marketplaces like Etsy, Flipkart and many more can be added through the eSaapa Add-Ons market.
How much time does it take for me to set up my site plan?
The Sign Up process is a simple 4 step process. The process takes less than 5 minutes to complete (if you know which template you want). Once completed, you site plan is fully active for you to start customizing.
Note: We have numerous templates to choose from. The Template selection step may take some time.
How do I get my own domain name activated on the eSaapa Platform?
After you have signed up, you will be given a three step process (on your sites backend) to activate your domain name with your site.
Can I switch templates at any time?
Yes, you can. Our recommendation is to switch templates during the trial period.
Once you have customized and setup your site, we do not recommend switching template as your data will get overwritten. If you need to switch templates after your site is live, please get in touch with our Tech Support team – they will help you so that you do not loose any data.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can change to a different plan at any time.
I need a turnkey solution. Is a Setup Service offerred?
Yes. We offer a setup service for all those who need it. Setup service includes:
- Build your Products (Media & Write-ups must be provided by you)
- Build your Frontend Pages (Media & Write-ups must be provided by you)
- Setup your eCommerce Store along with the Payment Gateway
- Setup Social Media Pages & Integration
- Customize your eMail Tempaltes & Forms
- Custom Colors
- Configuration of all modules
Setup fees start from $ 100 for the Personal Plan. Please contact us if you need setup service.
Note: Setup service is designed for those who are extremely busy and want a turnkey solution. If you follow our guides in the Help Center, you will be able to do all of the above yourself.

Can I try eSaapa for free?
Yes, you can fully test our platform (depending on the plan) for up to 7 days prior to any payment. Create your website and start customizing it first.
Do I need a Credit/Debit Card to get starter?
No. We don’t require a credit card number to test the eSaapa Platform.
Can I pay in another currency?
Yes you can pay for the plans in over 90 currencies.
At the Checkout step you may choose the gateway and pay in the currency of you choice.
** Which modules are not activated by default?
For reasons ranging from transaction processing choice, performance, and/or privacy, a few of our clients choose to deactivate some modules. For this reason we keep the following modules deactivated when you first sign up:
- CRM
- AI
- Content Distributor
- Schema
- Multi Lingual
If you want to activate any of the aforementioned modules please send our tech team a shout and we will activate them ASAP.
Can I get a fully customized design?
Yes. We have a network of select designers across most major parts of the world. We will allot a designer to fulfill your needs.
Do I need a web host or have to download anything?
No. Our plans include hosting for your website. Also, everything is up in the cloud, so there’s no need to install anything on your computer.
Do I need a additional payment gateway integration in order to accept card payments?
No, our platform is already integrated with over 20 payment gateways worldwide. Once you choose which gateway you want to use, all you will need is account information and/or keys to activate card payment on your site (You will find your account information on your choosen payment gateway site).
Note: If you do not have a payment gateway account and choose to use iSaapa as a Payment Gateway, you will be charged a 1/2% processing fee over and above the payment gateway fees.
Can I buy extra Disk Space, Entities and/or Backend Users?
Yes. Just head over to the eSaapa Market. There are many options available.
Can I add more Tools & Software to my site?
Yes. Just head over to the eSaapa Market.
